Robert A. Sidoti

ROBERT A. SIDOTI received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona in 1993 and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University in 1998. Mr. Sidoti is a member of the Ohio bar and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is also a member of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Mr. Sidoti is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Cleveland Intellectual Property Association.

Mr. Sidoti’s practice covers all phases of intellectual property practice including patent, trademark and copyright law, patent prosecution, patent validity, infringement, right to use opinions and general intellectual property counseling. Technical areas of interest include automotive components and manufacturing technologies; appliances and appliance control systems; consumer products; pneumatic brake systems; merchandising and display products; separators; heating and cooling systems; and nanostructured coatings. Mr. Sidoti has litigation experience in patent and trademark cases.
