Randolph E. Digges, III

RANDOLPH E. DIGGES, III received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from The Ohio State University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toledo in 1992. Mr. Digges is a member of the Ohio Bar, and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Digges provides patent and trademark prosecution counsel, and has extensive first chair litigation experience in patent and trademark cases. Mr. Digges is the firm’s managing partner, but practices remotely from Bonita Springs, Florida.
