AASHISH CHAWLA is an intellectual property attorney who has experience in assisting clients in a wide array of fields which include automotive, medical, aerospace, energy, and financial, among others. Mr. Chawla has led IP related efforts with respect to several current and emergent technologies including, Artificial Intelligence (AI), industrial automation, autonomous vehicle, clean energy, cybersecurity, Blockchain, telemedicine, robotics, and a diverse array of consumer electronics technologies.
Mr. Chawla received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Computer Information Systems in 2002 and his Juris Doctor degree in 2011 from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. Prior to his current legal practice, Mr. Chawla served over a decade in a leading industrial automation Fortune 500 corporation. During that timeframe, Mr. Chawla helped to lead a vast global corporate expansion plan and lead various global projects relating to mergers and acquisitions. As such, Mr. Chawla has managed the migration of intellectual property and has managed various efforts ranging from process enhancements, process benchmarking, audit compliance, and technical analysis.
